We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, modify floor plans, install new wood floors, install replacement windows, install new electrical boxes, install new roofs and gutters, install custom made shutters, install new garage doors with openers, repair decks and screened porches, and things of that nature. We even trim or remove tall trees.
We can also help you with your City Point of Sale improvements too.
We wish we could say that “no job is too small.” But that would not be true. Our crews come in from Middlefield, Ohio and surrounding areas. The trip in could cost more than it would cost you to have a local handyman “fix a window”. Our areas of expertise could not be handled by a handyman although all our craftsman are pretty handy. We can do small jobs but only when we are working at a home where we are handling a longer list of repairs or improvements.
To save our clients time and money we do not work “anywhere and everywhere”. We only work in the Eastern Suburbs of Cuyahoga County, Southern Lake County, and Western Geauga County. Generally you will find our crews working in Bainbridge, Auburn, Munson, Gates Mills, Russell, South Russell, Moreland Hills, Hunting Valley, Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls, Pepper Pike, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Mentor, and Kirtland Hills and sounding areas.
Look at some of Kevin & Annie’s before and after pictures. A transformation from their 1960s kitchen to their new Industrial Farm House style kitchen created from a shared vision in Pepper Pike, Ohio – July 2014.
Chris & Alexis had a vision for their kitchen formed around an old work bench Alexis found at the Burton Antique Show. The bench went through a major metamorphoses in being repurposed for their new kitchen. Alexis helped with lots of the details and finish work through the kitchen transformation. Below are some before and after pictures of their kitchen created in the Historic District of Cleveland Heights in the fall of 2013.
The Kitchen above is an example of the cooperation between the homeowners and the General Contractor. Often our projects are described as unique. Many of the features of this kitchen were designed in process based on what we found as we went and what the homeowners wanted. It costs a little more that way but the homeowners influence shows. They enjoy the pleasure of knowing “they did it”. The insight, experience, and cooperation of our talented craftsmen helped make their vision a reality.
Kris & Jay love their home and have been creating it for years. It just needed new windows, some new window trim, and new custom made weather and bug resistant shutters (not made of aluminum, vinyl, or plastic).
We had already installed new windows and trim in theses pictures.
Pictures taken after the new custom made shutters were installed.
We also remodeled the upstairs bath room in this home and completed a list of other repairs while we were there.
We were not very good about before and after pictures until 2013. But we are always getting better at everything we do. Now we can share images of some of the work we of done.
In 2013 our jobs were in Moreland Hills, Orange Village, Pepper Pike, Russell, South Russell, Novelty, Cleveland Heights and in Cleveland at Shaker Square, and South Mentor. We installed 7 bathrooms, reworked a third floor, installed all new windows with new trim in a home, recreated 2 new kitchens, designed and built retaining walls in a lake community for three homes, rebuilt a large multi-level deck and expanded the dock including installing new support columns in the lake, built a wonderful Cabana styled screened porch with a custom made door, added a weather and insect resistant ipea floor, and remodeled an entire 7th floor condo at Shaker Square including new hardwood maple flooring. In another home we resized some closets to make room for a larger bathroom, added new cherry flooring and stain matched trim to a guest room, designed, built, and installed new weather resistant shutters for two homes, designed and built a copper topped copula, and more. And that is not counting other work that would fall in the category of new construction or the trees we took down. Also, while we were at these homes we took care of lots of “little things” the homeowners had on their lists too.
2014 is not over yet and we have helped more homeowners than during any previous. A list of the types of jobs we did this year will appear here at New Years Day 2015.
We only work on residential properties.
We do not advertise at all. All of our business comes from personal referrals.
If you are not sure if your job is “big enough” then contact me and we’ll discuss it.
It is always our pleasure,
